This is a case that I treated in the beginning of 2011. It
was pretty much herodontics as I and the periodontologist - dr.
Stanislava Shuleva wanted to save the tooth and we did everything that
we can. Periodontal surgery was out of the question because the patient
has a history of cancer and we didn't want to perform any kind of
surgery (as well as the patient). I ended up extracting the tooth 3 days
ago. I wanted to see if the failure is from endodontic origin or
not...Here is what I saw:
I'm not quite sure where to begin with this, so I'll just say this is a really good article. I've learned write my essays it and pondering the many points you make.
